There's no place like

Jubilee's "hopelessly dramatic and soul searching" thoughts about her playlist made me think. Yeah, god forbid. I suppose it's just shocking to find out some people actually want, and have the courage, to think about the future. I'm turning nineteen in a month and a half and I'm tempted to say I have no future. Of course, by saying that I condemn myself to being cheered up.

Yeah, yeah, I'm back and all that rubbish. Trying to visualise myself happy and whole and in the land of sugar and ponies, as ordered. The silly string and other hilarious decorations in my room helped. Really. It's so good to be back home.

Good to have you back, too, like I said before. Suite was too quiet without you and your guitar.

Cheering up? Wouldn't dream of it.

I would, however, offer you a smoke, if Angelo's lungs have packed it in by now. *grins* If you can handle niggling magic cravings and the odd bout of complete mush.

Welcome back, Your Highness.

why would I cheer you up when I can find new and interesting ways to glitter you?

glad you're back. we need to hang out soon.

You know, if you really ever wanted to know if you had one, I could check. At least ... well, I could check a bit in advance. I am not sure how far up it goes.

And if not, well, I have a very interesting acoustic set I want to run past you for music class.

Welcome back, man.

The land of sugar and ponies sounds like a scary, scary land inhabited by my younger female cousins. How about visualizing the land of "let's have a jam session because the band missed its lead guitarist" instead?

Can you get our male vocalist out of the pile of books he calls his room? What is he -doing- in there?

I don't know and I hesitate to ask. But I don't hesitate at all to gang up. :)

Oh good. I fear he's going to lose that nice tan he got over the summer and start glowing like his laptop screen.

Rolling chairs and bungee cords, or just simply stolen shoes and threats of tickling?

Taken hostage at Nerfpoint, I'm thinking. Those suction cup darts look a lot more intimidating when there's a dozen of them pointed at you.

That seems effective to me.

Welcome back, Jono. I missed your grumblings.

Welcome back.

Hey, baby. I've had too many arrowroots. Onward enriched wheat flour drunken posts! Onward!

Oh, you've missed the subtle cattiness. See you tonight.

Door's open. But you already knew that.

While you're visualising sugar and ponies can you visual teaching me to play guitar? Or you know, forget the sugar and ponies and just skip straight to the actual teaching of guitar?

(Yes, this means I'm glad you're back and not just for selfish reasons.)
